We collect information you provide directly to us, including your Discord account information, CFX.re forum identifier, and any other information you choose to provide.

When you are signed in to our website, and when you submit an allowlist application, we also automatically collect:

  • Your IP address
  • Your browser's user agent (browser and operating system)
  • A random device identifier, stored in a cookie and in your browser's local storage

We use this information only to keep our community safe: to detect alternate accounts and people trying to get around a ban. It is visible only to our staff and is never used for advertising.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Link your account across different platforms
  • Communicate with you about services, updates, and support
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
  • Detect and prevent ban evasion, alternate accounts, fraud and abuse

If you delete your account, we keep the security information described in section 1 (IP addresses and device identifiers), together with your Discord and CFX.re identifiers. We keep it so that deleting an account cannot be used to get around a ban.

We may change this privacy policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy.
